Our client is a well-known market leading brand, that has a number of sites across Australia and the globe.

Due to investment into the Australian company, there is now positive change and growth across the business. To accommodate these changes, there is a requirement for a HR/OD Project (Organisational Change) contractor, to join the HR team and work with the HR Director, and Project Management Team to focus on the employee experience, culture, internal communications, and engagement of employees across a number of sites, whilst there is a period of workplace transition.

The primary responsibility will be supporting leaders and all employees by implementing organisational change management and communications strategies and plans focused on taking the sites on a journey of positive changes to locations, business processes, systems and technology, job roles, and organisation structures. The Project Plans are set, so this isn't a Project Management or strategic role as such. What is required is someone to deliver, execute and work operationally, to ensure leaders and employees have a good understanding of the changes, whilst ensuring people are engaged in the changes and transitions ahead.

More specifically, this role will see you:

- Providing tool kits for leaders and preparing the sites for the people changes and related internal communication required;
- Support people leaders communicate with the people in the business and assisting answering all questions;
- Assist leaders develop tools to allow them to understand change impact, and quality standards and lead the business through the transformation;
- Implementing change, project, and engagement plans, and working hands-on with managers during the actual day of transitions, supporting them through a variety of internal communication methods, workshops, events, group catch-ups, and team exercises, with employee experience as first priority;
- Monitor and manage leader and employee feedback and change impacts;
- Work proactively in forecasting risks or areas of concern with people impacts through stakeholder analysis and engagement strategies;
- Oversee and deliver training plans and packages - coordinate training schedules and resources to deliver the training as required;
- Define and measure success metrics and support Project & Change Leaders.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- A passionate, hands-on HR/OD experience with a demonstrated mix of technical talent, collaboration, and outcome excellence with proven project management experience in organisational change;
- Worked within a blue and white-collar multi-site workforce, and worked operationally, on the ground with high-impact people change, such as; Mergers & Acquisitions, relocations, restructures, or other large-scale organisational changes, from within an HR/OD function;
- Demonstrated experience in building relationships, influencing, negotiating, and supporting leaders, teams, and sites;
- Able to harmonise and integrate a variety of workplace cultures;
- An enthusiastic and motivated person with the ability to provide open constructive communication and coaching, to deliver high-class service at all levels;
- Someone fascinated by people and their potential and outcomes focussed and solution-oriented;
- Demonstrate curiosity, passion, and care, whilst delivered with integrity;
- An insatiable desire to drive the employee experience, and enable those around you to recognise and strive towards our purpose and vision styles, and capability;
- Have significant experience in designing, developing, and delivering capability and organisational development initiatives, activities, programs, and supporting resources;
- Demonstrated learning delivery based on adult learning principles and learning along with internal communications experience;
- Demonstrated project and change management disciplines and experience bringing people and business units together on the 'one journey'.
- Relevant qualification in HR, Business, Education, Psychology, or Learning and Development.
