**About the job**:
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting and managing marketing assets and channels for the brands distributed by Henzoll.

**Area of responsibilities**:
**Strategy & Planning**
- Assist with campaign planning process & asset distribution.
- Support internal campaign briefing and tracking.
- Maintaining and managing marketing activities schedules.
- Work with global team to ensure the deliverability of on-brand assets.
- Coordinating with media partners to ensure the quality and timely delivery of deliverables.
- Assist with analysing marketing data and optimising marketing campaign.

**Content Creation**
- Support social media team with content creation - video and photography.
- Digital ads management and creation - SEM, FB Ads, Google Ads.
- Website / ecommerce management and maintenance.
- Digital/hard copy magazine editorials.
- Support sales team with retailer assets including new product launch packs, in-store assets, and window displays.

**Graphic Design**:

- Product Catalogue & flyers
- Ensure brand creatives to be align with brand guideline.

**About You**:

- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2+ years’ experience in Marketing, preferably in baby product industry.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other team members, media partners, and other stakeholders.
- Proficient in using digital marketing tools such as shopify, klaviyo, Canva, and GA4.
- Experience in digital ads.
- Experience in website management.
- Experience with the Adobe Suite (Photoshop/InDesign/Illustrator/Premier)
- Experience with Chinese social media platforms is a plus.
- Proficient in operating platforms such as MS Office.
- Capable of generating insightful reports.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing plans.
- Creative thinker and team player with can-do attitude and attention to detail.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Work Authorisation:
