Trainee Sales Associate Job Responsibilities:

- Serve customers by helping them select product
- Design solutions and quotes using our simple design software
- Drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
- Greet and receive customers in a welcoming manner
- Respond to customers’ questions
- Provide outstanding customer service and follow up
- Document sales by creating or updating customer profile records
- Assist with management of financial transactions
