**About the Role**

We are currently looking for experienced Plant Operators to join the WEM team. We have a strong portfolio of works with multiple projects underway across Sydney's Northwest and Southwest, Hunter and Illawarra regions. This role will require travel to job sites across the Hunter/Newcastle region.

These positions require a sound working knowledge of the operations of Dozers, Excavators, Dumptrucks, Compactors, Watercarts, Graders, Scrapers, Backhoes, Rollers and the construction of Bulk Earthworks projects.

**The requirements of this position are**:

- Demonstrate past experience operating machinery
- A valid Construction White Card
- A valid Drivers' Licence, with the ability to travel across sites
- Ability to undertake daily required servicing of machinery
- Working safely and complying with all site safety standards
