HCM implementation, automation test using C#.Net on UiPath

Our client is going through a large digital transformation, part of this journey has led to an implementation of two new core systems, Workday for HCM and Chris21 for payroll.

This will introduce 15+ new core integrations into their business and require end to end testing to ensure the data is captured correctly and systems operating as intended, this will be a full functional testing role, SIT as well as UAT.

They are a large restaurant chain with 150+ locations around Australia,

You will have the full support of their business, vendors responsible for implementing the new systems, you will work with the implementation team responsible for ensuring the integration is thoroughly tested.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the management of test cases and test scripts via UiPath (automation tool). This will include creation of new scripts
- Responsible for the execution of test scripts (manual and/or via automation)
- Utilise the testing execution platform to record quality test results and evidence
- Perform a variety of testing, primarily focused on utilising the automation tool for regression and new functional changes which can be tested in volume
- Challenge processes which do not make sense or which would have an adverse impact on the end user experience
- Ensure integrations and upstream/downstream systems are validated as part of test executions
- Work collaboratively with key SMEs and stream leads to understand processes and validate testing outcomes

**Experience required**
- Automation (must), ideally using UiPath, or with C#.Net
- Workday (desirable)
- Understanding of core HR/Payroll/T&A data (highly desirable)
- Working with sensitive data
- Worked with upstream and downstream integrations
- Any experience with SmartRecruiters, iChris, Tanda (desirable)
