Working with one of Australia’s most trusted residential builders, we are looking to source a Site Supervisor to join their expanding business. Our client has cemented a reputation nationally, for continuously delivering customised homes that exceed client expectations and brings back the excitement and joy that building a new home should be. **The Role**
As Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of customer focused residential homes within the Adelaide Metro region as well as; Mt Barker, Strathalbyn and Nairne regions of the Adelaide Hills. Working across a variety of residential detached family homes, you will broaden your knowledge and exposure as you contribute your experience and local know how to an excellent pipeline individually of customised homes. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Ensuring clients homes are delivered on time, within budget and to a consistently high quality
- Coordinate all trades, subcontractors, clients, and the community when required
- Organise project schedules and allocate resources
- Develop and maintain quality relationships with trade teams, office teams, clients, suppliers and regulatory bodies
- Ensure site safety and a positive representation of company brand
- Be a proactive problem solver
- Successfully manage multiple sites at any one time

**Like Mind**
Previous experience in a similar role, as well as trade qualifications in building, a current Building Supervisor License and White Card are essential for this role. A proven ability to deliver exceptional customer care and quality built homes is crucial for this role as well as a demonstrated ability to communicate openly and honestly with both your team and clients. Overlooking Mount Barker, Strathalbyn and Nairne, this builder places customer experience as the core of what they do, and thus approaches every new home build with passion and critical detail. We are looking to source someone who is aligned with their approach and eager to take the next step in their career.
