Bloomfield Tremayne and Partners are proud to partner with a renowned firm in the Architecture and Interior Design industry, based in Collingwood, Melbourne. We are currently seeking an exceptional Revit Documentor with a strong background in workplace projects to join their dynamic team.

The Role:
As a Revit Documentor in Interior and Architecture, you will be responsible for producing high-quality documentation packages for workplace projects, utilizing your skills and expertise in Revit to ensure a seamless delivery across all phases of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the design team to develop comprehensive design and documentation packages for workplace projects
- Utilise Revit to produce accurate and detailed documents in line with project requirements and industry standards
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery
- Ensure all project documents adhere to relevant building codes and regulations
- Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of internal design and documentation processes

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 5 years post-graduate local experience in the Architectural/Interior Design industry, with a focus on workplace projects
- Proficiency in Revit is essential
- Strong knowledge of Australian building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Passionate about delivering exceptional design and documentation outcomes
