**The Opportunity**

**The school is seeking a dynamic Leader & Teacher of Science to foster a culture of collaboration and innovative teaching practice. The role will include leading Science Faculty from years 5- 12.**

The successful leader will demonstrate high expectations for the teaching practices, learning experiences, and outcomes delivered. They will lead curriculum, mentor colleagues, and build capacity through coaching, appraisal mechanisms, and thoughtful and constructive feedback.

**This is an ongoing full-time position beginning in 2023 and is an outstanding opportunity to teach at one of Melbourne's leading schools**
