**The Company**

- Specialise in architectural renovation, extension and new build projects
- The business has quality at the forefront of it business model, rather than the quantity of projects they build

**About The Role**
- The Construction Foreman / Supervisor will be required to manage one project at any one time
- Construction of high-quality residential projects maintaining site and construction integrity.
- Sites must always maintain a high WHS level, and excellent customer service and communication to clients must be provided.
- Project to be based in the Eastern Suburbs (Bellevue Hill)

**Duties**
- Manage day to day construction activities
- Ensure a high level of quality control
- Manage sub-contractors and suppliers regularly
- Conduct regular and set WHS Site inspections
- Provide regular communication to clients on job progress and advising them on scheduled works
- Proactively schedule and forecast work activities
- Maintain job site integrity regularly including site cleanliness and ensuring all trades and subcontractors have relevant site induction/WHS Paperwork
- Complete inspections on all jobs

**Skills & Experience**
- Relevant building qualifications
- Experience in high-end residential home construction
- Able to understand and interpret construction drawings
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Strong customer focus to ensure the best customer experience
