The platform is a trusted and proven asset and the program is continually growing in capability and expertise.

**Your Role**

As **a Logistics Quality Assurance Specialist** reporting to the Supply Operations Manager, your responsibilities will be critical and multifaceted. Your tasks will include the inspection and reception of Commonwealth of Australia (CoA) owned products in alignment with ESCM standards, liaising with key stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance, raising Disposal Surveys as per Department of Defence (DoD) policies, resolving discrepancies to facilitate timely transactions, monitoring and updating inventory via relevant Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, and supporting general warehousing duties as needed. Strong stakeholder engagement skills are essential as you will frequently coordinate with internal and external parties to optimise processes and compliance. Your role will be instrumental in enhancing process efficiencies and supporting the sustainment of Authorised to Fit Products through diligent obsolescence management.
