**About the organisation**

Our client is one of South Australia's largest not-for-profit Aged Care Providers, operating in South Australia for over 60 years. They are dedicated to providing personally tailored care to all of their 1000+ residents across South Australia.

**About the role**

This is a vital role and as a Clinical Leader where you will provide clinical leadership and oversight for the our client's facility in regional SA. With the support of the Clinical Care Manager you will be working closely with staff, residents and families, ensuring that each resident is provided with tailored care to meet their needs.

**About you**
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Nursing
- AHPRA Registration as Registered Nurse
- Sound understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and quality management systems
- Previous leadership experience, managing and mentoring staff
