Logan Village Child Care Centre is looking for a passionate and purposeful Early Childhood Teacher and lead educator to join our existing team. We are looking for an someone who is in Early Childhood Education to make a difference. Someone who sees their 'job' as the means to impact and improve the lives of young children through the exceptional care they provide. Someone who would work above and beyond just the expected, and strives to enrich our children's learning experiences with stimulating yet thoughtful learning environment.

We are looking for a preferably montessori trained early childhood teacher, if not trained must be willing to do additional training to lead the program in our rooms

What does this entail:

- Your role is to lead and work alongside your fellow educators to ensure all the children and families in the service community feel a sense of belonging and a part of our cohesive single learning environment.
- You will also develop and implement learning programs based on the individual needs, interests and developmental stages of each child.
- Your program will be guided by the our philosophy which seeks to prioritise the values of empathy, compassion and GRIT.
- You will provide a nurturing, safe and secure environment for children by ensuring that your room is set up and presented safely using principles, resources and learning.
- You will provide a consistent routine of activities for their learning, meals, rest, and outdoor play.
- You must have grounded knowledge on the EYLF and NQS and other regulatory requirements pertaining to your position and preferably experience and knowledge on how to integrate these into the Montessori philosophy.
- You must have your current First Aid, CPR, BlueCard, ACECQA Approved Bachelor Qualifications

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30-38 per week

**Salary**: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

- Employee mentoring program

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
