Since establishment in 2018, 23W has become a renowned, highly regarded training community in Melbourne’s northern suburbs. We are currently on the hunt for energetic, passionate and career-focused fitness professional who is ready to join our team. We are looking for an exceptional applicant with years of experience in the industry, ambition for career progression and a natural ability to lead and inspire those around them.

As head coach we are looking for someone to manage our coaching team, membership experience and retention. This role is a combination of running group training sessions or private coaching and back office management and has career progression to membership manager and studio manager.

Who are we looking for?
- Must be outgoing, friendly and approachable
- ready to have a laugh and work well in a team.
- Year of experience in the industry, natural flare for educating others and presentation skills.
- Confident, a great communicator and inspiring
- you will be in an influential position in our community. You got to be made of the right stuff
- Reliable, hard-working and passionate.
- Minimum certificate 4 in Fitness
- Certificate IV in Personal Training or Certificate III in Group Fitness.
- Current First Aid/ CPR

So what's the role?
- Manage membership retention and health
- Lead high-quality group and private training and oversee individual and team talent development programs
- Develop and coordinate studio programming.
- Oversee member experience and member appreciation events.
- Ability to plan and facilitate exceptional coaching experiences and training for our members, including availability on the weekend.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25-38 per week

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
