Trainee Construction Supervisor

**Overview**:
This role is for a motivated individual looking to grow in both site management and contract administration.

**About the Role**:
Assisting the supervisor manage the daily construction activities

Scheduling of tradesman and sub-contractors

Obtaining pricing from suppliers and sub-contractors

Help prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and quality control records.

Obtaining supplier pricing

Conducting site inspection to ensure safety and quality of work

Picking up and dropping materials off

Taking site meeting minutes

Document management and filing

**About You**:
Previous experience in residential construction

Basic experience with construction tools and equipment

Willingness to learn and develop your skills

Own Vehicle (must be role appropriate)

**Remuneration**:
$30 per hour Plus Super

Car Allowance (Vehicle, must be role appropriate)

Ongoing training and development

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 38 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Construction: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Australian Drivers (required)
