Concept Care is a registered NDIS **in-home care provider,** specialised in providing exceptional care to clients across Sydney and its surrounds.

Concept Care are looking for experienced Support Workers on a casual, part-time and full-time basis.

**The Role**

We are looking for experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team
- Our support workers assist clients with all aspects of their daily life in a person-centred way. Duties include but are not limited to:

- Personal Care; showering, toileting and overall personal hygiene maintenance
- Domestic Assistance; cooking and meal preparations, cleaning and companionship
- Social Support; transporting to appointments, shopping or community outings
- Experience with hoist or manual handling is highly regarded but not essential as training will be provided.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 6 months of experience** within a similar role or hold a qualification in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability or Community Care
- Your own vehicle and valid driver’s license are essential as client transport is part of this role
- Have or be willing to obtain a valid First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate
- Current Working with Children’s Check
- Have excellent communication skills, be able to think on your feet and a compassionate personality
- Current Police Check or NDIS Worker Check
