We are seeking a friendly and motivated individual to join our high-paced Property Management team on the Upper North Shore. As a Leasing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all tenant inquiries and ensuring a smooth leasing process for our clients. This position is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to gain valuable experience in the property management industry. All training will be provided.

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct post-open home call backs and follow-ups to gauge tenant interest and answer any additional questions.
Organise and conduct open inspections and by-appointment showings, both during the week and on Saturdays, showcasing properties to potential tenants.
Qualify prospective tenants by understanding their requirements and preferences, and match them with suitable properties as they become available for rent.
Follow up with prospective tenants in the database to maintain interest and keep them informed about new listings.
Prepare marketing materials and advertisements for available rental properties, including adding open home times to various web platforms.
Coordinate professional photography for rental listings to ensure attractive and accurate representations of the properties.
Arrange for lease signs and leased stickers to be displayed on the properties, enhancing visibility and professionalism.
Contribute to e-marketing campaigns and newsletters to promote available rentals and engage with prospective tenants.
Conduct new tenancy sign-ups when required, ensuring all necessary paperwork and agreements are completed accurately and efficiently.
Assist with the setup of new owners and tenants, ensuring smooth transitions and providing necessary support during the onboarding process.
Provide support to the Property Management department when staff members are sick or on leave, assisting with various tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
A friendly and approachable demeanour with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for real estate and property management, and a desire to pursue a career in the industry.
Strong organisational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
Attention to detail and accuracy in processing paperwork and maintaining records.
Familiarity with property management software and databases is a plus, but not essential as all training will be provided.
Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment and handle pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for property viewings and other job-related tasks.
