- We are seeking a
**Finance Officer** to assist the School Leadership Team with a wide variety of administrative and financial tasks to support the financial operations of the school.
Under the direction of the Principal, you will coordinate financial administration activities and provide support to ensure the school delivers on key reporting deadlines.
Duties include:

- reconciliation of accounts,
- banking duties,
- data entry,
- report preparation, and
- other office duties assigned as appropriate.

Ideally, you will have previous experience in an accounts or finance role. You will demonstrate initiative, attention to detail and be a skilful negotiator who is able to liaise with the school’s clients with empathy. Additionally, you will be highly organised and be able to demonstrate sound judgement, confidentiality and discretion. Experience with Office 365, particularly Excel and the BCE finance system, D365, is desirable.

To be eligible to be considered for this role you will:

- hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement;
- be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment; and
- have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education.
