An opportunity exists for an energetic and highly capable Dental Receptionist to join a very patient focused and dynamic team. The primary function of this position is to provide exceptional front desk reception support.

Monday 9am to 7:30pm; Tuesday 1pm to 7:30pm; Wednesday 7:30am to 1pm; Thursday 9am to 5pm; Alternate Friday 10am to 7:30pm; Alternate Saturday 8am to 5:30pm.

**The Role**:

- Meet and greet patients on arrival at the practice
- Book appointments and manage any cancellations effectively
- Effectively manage billings/ invoicing
- Provide exceptional patient care and service

**Requirements**:

- Dental reception experience
- Dental assisting experience a plus
- Knowledge of D4W software highly regarded
- Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal
