**About the Role**
This construction cost consultancy firm is seeking a quantity surveyor to deliver economical and timely solutions on all building projects thrown their way. This role will include various quantity surveying functions from measurement, cost planning, variations, and financial reporting just to name a few

**Duties**:

- Contractors’ quantities measurements
- Liaising with clients, architects, and main contractors
- Master plan and feasibility budgets
- Cost planning of developing designs
- Value engineering
- Tender evaluations and analysis
- Contractual claim negotiations
- Cash flow projections
- Cost reporting
- Variation assessment and negotiations
- Financier reporting

**Skills and Experience**:

- Measuring skills a must
- Relevant qualifications
- Cost planning skills
- A high level of technical and negotiation skills
- A result driven and collaborative approach to work
