**We are looking for a full-time experienced Butcher to join us. You will have experience within the retail meat sector.**

**Duties**:

- Complete orders and have a strong stock management process.
- Display window, preparations, staff management.
- Maintain Food Safety & Occupational Health and Safety Standards
- Provide excellent customer service, with high communication.
- Stocking cabinets with meat products.
- Preparation of gourmet meat products - meat handling
- Maintain Food Safety & Occupational Health and Safety Standards.
- Customer service including meat handling and weighing.
