- Making outbound collections calls to ensure customer accounts are up to date
- Managing external stakeholders
- Work through complex collection accounts and propose solutions that can benefit future growth
- Problem solving with the customer to create overall best results
- Follow up for approvals where required if additional actions or costs are involved

**Profile**
- Previous experience with collections or strong customer service experience
- Customer focused with a willingness to learn new things
- Comfortable in making outbound calls and problem solving with the customer
- High level of verbal and written interaction with internal and external stakeholders
- Passionate about high performance and exceeding expectations
