**About the Role**
- Seeking an experienced Lending Analyst to join the BOQ team
- Flexible workplace & Collaborative Team - Owner Managed Branch Parramatta Based
- Full Time opportunity

Key responsibilities for this role include:

- Assistance with existing portfolio management and future sales opportunities
- Maintaining a very high culture of professionalism and commitment to our customers
- Completing servicing assessments, ordering bank valuations, assisting with pricing requests, and reviewing client documentation to ensure alignment with bank policy
- Monitoring the process of the home loan journey from submission to all the way through to settlement
- Liasing with the credit team to discuss complex lending scenarios

**About you**
This role requires a general understanding of Australian banking practices and lending processes, ability to critically analyse financial statements, cash flow and other complex financial reports, provide accurate assessments and prepare credit proposals in a timely manner, excellent customer service skills and the ability to build productive working relationships with internal and external teams.

To be considered for this role you will need:

- Possess strong attention to detail and task completion;
- Finance or Business related degree or previous lending experience is highly regarded
- Excellent presentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Be able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- The ability to prioritise competing deadlines
- Willingness to learn and adapt
