Our clients include insurers, brokers, strata managers, facilities managers, real estate, government departments, private works and others. Our insurance works cover both normal and catastrophe event claims for some of the largest insurers in Australia.

The Opportunity
- Importing of purchase invoices into accounting system
- Data entry of cost of sales and overhead expenses
- Performing weekly payment runs across multiple entities
- Provide an efficient and effective support service to stakeholders by ensuring the timely and accurate processing of documents and maintaining strong working relationships
- Assisting the Accounts Payable Analyst in reviewing individual job margins
- Liaise with internal departments regarding outstanding invoices and supplier queries
- Perform supplier reconciliations using excel
- Ad-hoc responsibilities as required

About You
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (preferred)
- 2+ years experience in a similar accounts role
- Experience with using MS Office and accounting software
- Good time management and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Work efficiently both independently and within a team
- Positive and personable
- Ability to problem solve
- Proactive and results driven
- Strong verbal and written skills
