Overall responsibility of ensuring jobs are executed on site, as per directions provided by Service Management/Operations team

Provide a high level of technical support to team members, Installers and Service Agents

Required to provide on Field Supervision on high end jobs, or critical jobs

Will be the responsible for coordination and providing field data and documents to the Office/ Service Management team

Will be responsible from time to time to help on site with critical jobs/projects installation, commissioning or troubleshooting work

Required to attend safety toolbox talks and participate in company WHSE programs to ensure safety compliance and workplace standards

Ensure team is kept up-to-date with product changes and problems

Ensure paperwork is accurate, timely and detailed to support charges to the client

Ensure checklists for jobs are completed, personal protective equipment is used in accordance with procedures, and monthly rotating audits of same including vehicle inspections are conducted

Liaise with Service Group Administrators for all team member administration requirements

Ensure accurate fault diagnosis to customer's satisfaction

Give feedback to Service Group Managers on team member's work practices and product knowledge

Liaise with other Technical Support staff, Technical Information and Training Manager when contributing information to technical bulletinsParticipate in training programs

Protect and maintain all Company equipment issued

Assist customers with any non-standard technical queries or delegate items to account mangers or service manager
