Darrell Lea is excited to be expanding our Field team, and we are now looking for a passionate and talented individual to support our successful partnership with Supermarket and other retailers.

The **Successful** applicant will report to the National Field Manager and work within an allocated territory calling on major retail outlets; This requires merchandising to a high standard, following & executing tasks accurately as well as building & maintaining strong relationships within their stores.

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Product Management (Stock levels/ Position/ Ticketing) in line with and exceeding our client’s expectations.
- Planograms/ Relays - Executions & Compliance
- Executing tasks, building displays, erecting Point-of-sale and stock management
- Building & maintaining strong relationships with store personnel
- Communicating up & coming promotional activities
- Accurate reporting, when required
- Time Management Skills - The ability to work under pressure

**Role Requirements**:

- Minimum one (1) yrs FMCG/Merchandising Experience highly regarded
- Have full Australian working rights
- Current State Drivers License & Reliable Road Worthy Vehicle
- Physically fit - Bending & Lifting - Carrying stock (Max 20kgs)

This role will be covering areas including but not limited to - Sydney CBD, Hills District, Liverpool Area and the Central Coast.

This is a challenging and fast paced role which requires a confident person with professionalism and maturity; and someone who has drive, strong negotiation skills and can effectively interact with all types of personalities. Flexible working hours are also necessary.
