What does the job look like?

As the AM Supervisor, you will play a critical role in our success with Leading a team of Allocators, Drivers and Sub-contractors to ensure smooth Operations in a fast pace and dynamic environment. This is a permanent position Monday - Friday (5:00am - 1:30pm):
Key areas:

- Responsible for proactively leading Safety & ensuring KPI targets are met
- Offer high standards of integrity in Service offerings, administration, and communication to Customers.
- Maintain close working relationships with all staff to ensure operational capabilities are adequately in place
- Effectively manage day to day operations ensuring high truck and driver utilization.
- Minimize losses as a result of delivery interruptions, changes in scheduling or road infrastructure changes.

- Previous relevant experience in the transport and logistics sector.
- Intermediate MS Office skills, experience operating load planning software beneficial.

- Demonstrated ability to build and develop relationships.
