**THE ROLE - Assitant Venue Manager**

The Assistant Venue Manager will work collaboratively with the Venue Manager to inspire and lead the team in servicing the local Byford community with exceptional and genuine hospitality.

**_A little taste of your day-to-day _**
- Manages key FOH operations and ensures compliance with all FOUND. policies, standards and procedures.
- Assist the Venue Manager to develop and implement strategies in improving the customer experience - including venue operations, events, marketing, and staff training.
- Lead the team to deliver excellence in service and meaningful relationships with our guests.
- Stock Management - conduct stocktakes, ordering, receiving and entering stock, shrinkage, food storage and waste.
- Human resources - Assist with recruitment, inductions, training, rostering and staff wellbeing.
- Ensures the venue is compliant with all regulatory authorities - liquor licensing, local council, health department, fire & emergency, WAPOL.
- Encourage a positive and collaborative working environment for all employees at FOUND. Lab
- Shift management including labour control.

- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
- A cool head under pressure.
- A passion for creativity and fervor.
- Aspire to inspire - lead by example and empower others to take the lead.
- Unrestricted Approved Managers Card
