They are located at; MOORABBIN VIC, KEW VIC, FRANKSTON VIC, BORONIA VIC, GEELONG WEST VIC, TRARALGON VIC, BALLARAT VIC, CALOUNDRA QLD, MT GRAVATT QLD and BROADBEACH QLD.

Gluten Free 4 U is currently seeking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Bakers to join their teams.

**The Role**
As a Baker you will need to possess the following:

- Preparation of pastry and fillings.
- Dough mixing.
- Kneading, hand moulding and scaling dough.
- Monitoring and adjusting oven temperatures determine baking times.
- Inspecting quality of products throughout production process.
- Ensuring wastage is minimised and budget of supplies and materials are adhered.
- A work ethic with a focus on continual self-improvement.
- Creative drive and a genuine interest in food history and trends

- Relevant qualifications.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure.
- Proactive, energetic and shares a passion for the hospitality industry Willingness to constantly learn and be inspired.
- Possess effective communication skills
