We have a great opportunity for a Migration Specialist at Domain. In this role you’ll be assisting the Customer Migration team with onboarding customers from Campaigntrack Platform to Realhub Platform from start to finish and ensuring agreed deadlines are met. You will provide key support to the Account Managers, Customer Experience, Implementation + Project Teams as needed to make sure the company delivers excellent Customer Service and the completed project of work on time.

**A typical day may look like**:

- Communicates effectively with the Client in relation to the progress of onboarding in a set cadence, setting clear expectations from the commencement of project, and adheres to this agreement.
- Promote smooth production of Templates and Account set up by supplying accurate and complete information, including specifications during job logging and set up. Ensures that queries raised during production/creation are attended to timely.
- Works closely with the Templates Team to resolve Client requests adhering to rigid turnaround times.
- Ensures that templates produced by Templates Production are accurate and adherent to the brand standards prior to its approval through thorough quality testing.
- Work with the Account Set Up Team to create accounts for Agency/Brand in the quickest time possible, with no errors.
- Collaborates with internal teams such as; but not limited to; Account Management, Account Set up, Support & Templates Production to strengthen our relationship with Clients through timely and accurate completion of work to successfully onboard them to our Platform.
- Proactively providing solutions
- and negotiating with Client where required to ensure both Realbase + Client are set for success.
- Ensures that Client requests sent through FreshDesk are attended by providing regular updates, timely responses, proactively providing solutions/alternatives and by meeting the committed deadline.
- Monitor that invoicing is actioned for templates produced for the Client.
- Provide training to the customer on how to use the system based on their requirements.

**Who are you?**
- Project Management experience would be an advantage.

- Professional presentation and conduct
- Self driven & motivated to achieve personal and professional objectives with a mínimal amount of supervision
- Meticulous eye for detail
- Knowledge of Adobe products, Freshdesk or Zendesk, Slack, 3CX and Excel would be an advantage
