Our ongoing commitment and investment in developing our knowledge bank and customer insights has led to an opportunity for an experienced Customer Data Analyst to join our Customer Loyalty and CRM team.
More about the role;
Reporting to our Head of Loyalty and CRM this role is customer focused. From customer lifecycle metrics through to forecasting trends and future buying behaviour, this role is all about our customers and the ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights from data. Your experience will lean into developing dashboards around customer-centric data as well as leveraging our CDP and loyalty platforms enriched data. What your day would look like;
- Analyse customer data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for growth
- Conduct indepth analysis of customer behaviour, preferences and purchasing habits
- Analysing and interpreting customer-related data to derive insights to assist with making informed business decisions for MFG
- Assisting with data strategy planning to interpret insights and modelling to assist with customer segmentation improvements
- Develop and maintain customer segmentation models to optimize marketing strategies and loyalty initiatives.
- Prepare and present key findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- Developing and monitoring CRM reporting.
- Leading data governance to ensure best practice in line with Australian and marketing standards.

More about You
- You will have proven experience in data mining, modelling and visualisation
- Tertiary qualifications or a background in statistics, maths, economics, or data science
- 3+ years' experience in CRM or Customer data analytic roles. Ideally, experience in retail/multi brand environment advantageous.
- Intermediate understanding of databases (e.g SQL Server, Oracle and SAP (Emarsys)).
- Experience of reporting & data visualisation tools (e.g. Business Objects, PowerBI and Tableau).
- A keen understanding of website scripts (e.g. XML, Javascript, JSON).
- Understanding of ETL framework.
- Digital marketing analytics tools including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Adobe Marketing Suite.
- Experience using CDP, ESP and Loyalty platforms to build audiences and extract insights.
- Strong attention to detail, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Presentation skills - ability to easily communicate complex ideas in a simple manner.
- Advanced Excel skills with strong mathematical & numeracy skills.
