To continue our growth, we are now looking for a dedicated Broker Support Officer to join our team.

**What's the role?**

The Broker Support Officer is a newly created position and a career development opportunity for someone interested in pursuing a career in the financial services industry. In this role, you will support a well-established and experienced mortgage broker in providing friendly and timely customer service. The successful applicant will be part of the team that makes sure our customers are getting the best possible service and advice to suit their needs, as well as ensuring all processes are followed, paperwork is completed and customer experience is top notch.

The day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Liaising with clients to gather information and supporting documentation
- Liaising with lenders pre and post settlement
- Maintaining the CRM database
- Providing general administration support as required

If this role is the role for you, we suspect you'll be the kind of person who:

- Has previous experience in an administration and customer support role
- Genuinely enjoys helping people, is patient and has a ‘can do’ attitude when it comes to customer service
- Is self-motivated and forward-thinking with an eye for detail
- Is experienced and comfortable using software such as Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Is able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively

Oh, and in case you were wondering if financial services experience is necessary, it's not. If you're keen to learn more about the industry and have strong administration, customer service and communication skills, then this could be the role for you.
