Lifest HealthCare is a registered NDIS service provider looking for dedicated team disability support staff to provide support and care to our participant on the Sunshine Coast.

You will be tasked with providing assistance with personal cares, administering medications, attending medical appointments as well as domestic and social activities.

The successful applicant will be someone with the flexibility to work various shifts, nights and weekends, be reliable and confident working with a participant who has physical disabilities, displays complex behaviours and has mental illness concerns.

Casual, part-time, & full-time hours are available.

**About You**

You're a passionate, empathetic and caring individual who is looking to make an invaluable positive impact on the lives of others. You are a proactive thinker, and problem solver who is willing to learn and is able to follow direction/s given by your Team Leader. You must be able to work within a tight-knit team, be reliable and have excellent communication and report writing skills.

To join our team, you should ideally the following:

- Full availability to work any shift (morning, afternoons or overnights) during the week and on the weekends
- Previous experience working with people with physical disabilities
- Experience working with complex challenging behaviours and mental health concerns
- Experience with PEG feeding
- Experience with personal cares
- Experience administrating medications and accurate documentation thereof
- Experience writing compliance related reports
- Valid First Aid and CPR Certificates
- Medications training (or willingness to obtain)
- Practical, active and caring personality
- NDIS New Worker Screening Card (or willingness to obtain)
- Relevant qualification in disability support or studying towards

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $35.00 per hour
