**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an Eyelash Technician in a salon setting.
- Proficiency in volume lash, hybrid lash, and lash lift techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced salon environment while maintaining attention to detail.
