**About your new Role**

The position of Transaction Analyst is an analytical role where you will be analsying business transactions and their impact on our assets, liabilities, and equity. Your tasks will include:

- Internal stakeholder engagement
- Working to time frames within a fast-paced environment
- Financial modelling
- Working with cashflow forecasts
- Hands on experience in the development of feasibility analysis
- Loan monitoring through covenant analysis
- Analysis of variables through sensitivity analysis
- Project work
- Transaction structuring and the preparation of Information Memorandums, information requests, pitchbooks, teasers, presentation materials, loan due diligence and settlement management and documentation (origination, refinance, recapitalisation)
- Compiling, analysing and interpreting internal and external market research
- Interpretation of taxation implications for deal structures

**About you**

You will be passionate about numbers and very analytical. Key skills and experience we are looking for:

- Financial modelling experience
- Understanding cashflow forecast and interpretation
- Experience in the development of feasibility analysis, loan profiles and covenant analysis as well as sensitivity analysis
- A strong understanding and mastering of financial concepts and products
- Experience in project finance or M&A preferred
- Experience with taxation implications for certain deal structures is favourable
- Most likely you will have a Finance or Economics Degree
