We are seeking experienced hospitality all-rounders with solid barista skills to be part of our team. Led by an enthusiastic and engaged Venue Supervisors, we seek to bring a positive and rewarding working environment as we continue to grow and expand as a Company.
- Monday - Friday, no late nights or weekend work
- Exposure to catering & events
- Be part of a team first company

Duties for this role will include:

- Managing day-to-day service.
- Supervise, mentor, train staff in kitchen operations, food preparation and safe food handling techniques in accordance with health and hygiene regulations.
- Catering: Execution of onsite catering orders and events, providing high level of service and product.
- Daily stock ordering and reconciliation of deliveries.
- Populating weekly rosters for your venue.
- Meeting weekly cost of goods & labour budget.

The successful applicant will have:

- Valid food safety supervisor certificate
- Excellent organisational skills, ability to manage time efficiently
- High level of interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- Exposure to catering will also be keenly looked upon

This role include full training of internal Eureka Hospitality systems and has an immediate start.
