**BARISTA / ALL ROUNDER Full-Time Job Opportunity**

Are you a passionate and experienced BARISTA, specialized Customer service and managing team, making coffees, latte art. Look no further We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled BARISTA/ ALL ROUNDER, to join our Café team in Coolangatta, QLD. We are seeking a talented individual with at least 1years of hands-on experience to join us straight away.
- Specialization:_ As a BARISTA in our team, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in making latte art, customer service, managing team, allocating work duties, training new staff. If you have barista experience that would be beneficial to get you the position ASAP.

**Responsibilities**:

- **LATTE ART**:

- Supervising a team of eight front of house staff including waiters, commis, head waiters and sommeliers.
- Scheduling work rosters for the front of house team, ensuring the correct level of staffing is achieved on each shift
- Monitoring staff performance and giving feedback where necessary
- Hiring and training new employees so they meet high quality standards
- Greeting all guests warmly on arrival and escorting them to their table
- Managing walk-in, online and telephone reservations
- Responding quickly and sympathetically to any customer concerns
- Adhering to all health and safety requirements, including food hygiene regulations
- Supporting colleagues and staff during busy periods, including taking orders, serving meals and clearing tables
- Liaising with the kitchen staff to ensure an efficient and seamless service
- Customer Issue Resolution: Handling customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally, finding creative solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Premises Cleaning: Maintaining a clean and organized café environment, including clearing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and assisting with end-of-day cleaning routines.

**Requirements**:
a. Minimum 6 years of experience as a Front of house/ All Rounder

b. Extensive knowledge of food and coffee.

c. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

d. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
