Our Digital teams are established to allow the rapid development and launch of Optus My Optus App, Optus Website, Chatbot and all aspects of Optus digital interactions with customers.
Being a strong and proactive contributor to the delivery of initiatives and new opportunities across improving customer digital journey is the key to the succes in this role.
**Your day in the life of a Digital Data Analyst at Optus**
- Writing, developing and testing tracking specifications for web and app tracking implementation against specification and business requirements
- Querying customer data, performing analyses, and presenting findings in a clear and understandable language, whilst building data visualisation dashboards to report out on customer behaviour and insights
- Translating sophisticated business questions into analytical tasks and performing data, statistical and commercial analysis to understand how customer behavior, product changes and market dynamics impact the Consumer business
- Developing recommendations and delivering findings to drive customer service outcomes
**Your skills to pay the bills**
- Relevant qualifications and complete understanding of quantitative field (e.g. Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, Statistics)
- Advanced Excel, SQL and/or R Programming skills
- Experience in a variety of Marketing, Sales and Commercial functions in large organisation
- Strong understanding of data warehouse structure and data extraction together with proven track record to work through complex issues to reach an outcome
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, eye for business and drive for results
