About You

About the Role:

- Planning, developing and organising campaigns to support sales and operations objectives
- Advising on advertising strategies and campaigns to reach target markets, creating consumer awareness and effectively promoting the attributes of goods and services
- Coordinating production of advertising campaigns involving specialised activities, such as artwork, copywriting, media scripting, television and film production and media placement, within time and budget constraints
- Analysing data regarding consumer patterns and preferences
- Interpreting and predicting current and future consumer trends
- Researching potential demand and market characteristics for new goods and services and collecting and analysing data and other statistical information
- Supporting business growth and development through the preparation and execution of marketing objectives, policies and programs
- Commissioning and undertaking market research to identify market opportunities for new and existing goods and services
- Advising on all elements of marketing such as product mix, pricing, advertising and sales promotion, selling, and distribution channels
- Work cross-functionally to drive business change based on customer feedback.
- Ensure the timely, accurate and appropriate response to internal and external customer queries for all channels.
- Ability to support development and implementation of business strategies with a longer - term focus.
- Sound level of Microsoft Products for use in presentations and communication.
- Strong organisational skills - highly organised, accurate and deadline-driven.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Advertising Specialist or similar role.
- Ability to provide exceptional support to our carers when they need assistance with anything related to our external clients - Empathy is essential
- A passion for respectfully empowering and caring for people.
- Excellent written and verbal skills as you will have to communicate with clients and our team.
- Able to work as part of a team.
- High level of time management and organisational ability.
- Willingness to participate in further training and education opportunities.

Preferred Skills:

- Driver’s license and access to own vehicle
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- High level of organisational skills
- Sound computer skills in Ms Office & Canva (or similar)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
