**The Company**

Safesearch is working with one of Australia's leading poultry businesses to find their next RTW Coordinator. As a well-established and long-standing leader in the industry, this company prides itself on quality, innovative products and services, to enhance the delivery of their service to customers.

The RTW Coordinator will ideally have 3-5 year's experience in a similar RTW role and possess exceptional computer skills as well as a safety-first mindset.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Workers Comp Manager, this position will be responsible for providing high quality and accurate administration in relation to various RTW Functions

Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- 3-5 years RTW experience
- Liaise with injured workers
- Source suitable duties
- Liaise with doctors and complete administration around insurance claims
- Write RTW plans
- Keep in touch with injured workers
- On-site 3 days per week

To be successful you will bring:

- Open minded and engaging personality - must be keen to build good working relationships
- Excellent time management skills
- Previous experience working in a RTW role
- A keen interest in WHS and Work Cover
- Analytic mindset and the ability to read and interpret data to draw conclusions and trends
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
