**Job Description**:
Due to continued growth in the business, we are currently seeking experienced FIFO Electrical Supervisors.

This position requires a proactive energy to ensure efficient completion of works on a range of ongoing and upcoming Projects in Australia.
- Lead and provide guidance for a team of minimum 10 Trade employees on site based construction roles
- Assess and implement safe work activities in challenging and evolving conditions
- Provide excellent communication and engagement skills with team members
- Ability to work effectively within a team or as an individual on certain set tasks
- Be prepared to accept guidance and provide input to achieve the best method of construction
- Assisting with estimating/quoting and managing costs
- Understand business and finance goals in conjunction with overall project requirements
- Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organisational, time management and planning skills
- Ability to order and procure the required materials
- Knowledge of HSE legislation
- Ability to work away on remote sites for a 3/1 roster

**Qualifications**:

- Electrical Trade Qualification
- Current WA Electrician's Licence
- Minimum 5 years trade experience
- Minimum 5 years supervisory experience
- Section 44
- Valid drivers license minimum class C
- Construction Card (White / Blue Card)
- First Aid
- CPR/LVR
- Competent understanding of electrical schematics, isolation and permitting systems
- Experienced in Heavy Industrial Works
- Demonstrated experience in all aspects of Electrical work
- Ability to read and interpret Electrical drawings and Schematics
- Competent in computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong commitment to health and safety
- Strong leadership skills and cultural understanding of remote work forces
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to pass a full medical and drug and alcohol screen
