**About the role**

Kronos Business Analyst is a highly specialised role responsible for conducting assessments to define and document current business practices and policies, educate how the Kronos product will impact business practice as well as process and configured of Workforce Timekeeper Pay Rules, Accruals, Wage Profile, Schedule Rules, and Adjustment Rule in Kronos.

**What you will be doing?**
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to time and attendance, scheduling, and workforce management using Kronos solutions.
- Conduct detailed business process analysis to identify areas for improvement, efficiency, and optimization within the Kronos platform.
- Configure, customize, and implement Kronos modules to meet organizational requirements and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
- Collaborate with IT teams and end-users to design, develop, test, and deploy Kronos system enhancements, updates, and patches.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Kronos-related incidents, ensuring mínimal disruption to daily operations.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding and effective utilization of the Kronos system.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, Kronos updates, and best practices to recommend and implement continuous improvements.
- Generate and maintain documentation, including process maps, configuration specifications, and user manuals, to ensure knowledge transfer and compliance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align Kronos solutions with broader business objectives and requirements.
- Participate in the evaluation and selection of new Kronos modules or functionalities that align with organizational goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Kronos or similar workforce management systems.
- In-depth knowledge of Kronos modules, configuration, and customization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with Kronos implementation projects is highly desirable.
