Maintenance Fitter

**The Role**
We are seeking a mechanical fitter to join our small multicultural and inclusive maintenance team. You will be required to work a monthly alternating roster between day and night shifts. Day shift 6am - 4pm, night shift 4pm - 2am.
**Skills & Experience**:
- Experience in an environment involving maintenance of plant and equipment.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- You should demonstrate an ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Demonstrated planning, organisational and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision and meet strict deadlines.
- A capacity to work in multi-project environments and to deadlines.
**Qualifications/Certificates/OH&S**:
- Trade qualified Fitter (Must have an Australian qualification or recognised equivalent).
- Working at Heights certificate.
- Current drivers licence.
- Possession of current First Aid certificate (preferred).
- Electrical Disconnect/Reconnect Supervisors certificate (preferred).

**Schedule**:
- 10 hour shift
**Location**
- Located at Minto, 300 metres from the train station or just off the Hume/M5 Motorway.
**Experience**:
- Fitter: 3 year (required)
**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates
