Venue Manager

AAFCANS have a fantastic opportunity for someone at join our Australian Defence Force Academy (ADFA) team. We are looking for a natural leader with a positive and energetic attitude, someone who knows how to get the best from people and are passionate about training and the development of others.

To be considered for this role we require the following attributes for the new Manager to hold:

- A passion for all thing’s hospitality
- A “hands on” leader
- Be an excellent communicator, capable of engaging and building effective relationships, with a diverse range of people
- Experience within a fast-paced environment, capable of adapting to sporadic challenges
- Implement strategies and meet/exceed set sales, profit budget and goals
- Experience with stock control, food safety and roster management
- Quality time management skills
- Have a keen interest in your business - manage it like it's your own
