The primary role of the **Beauty Advisor **is to manage our skin care and colour cosmetic ranges whilst promoting and offering knowledge to customers.
I **n this role you will be required to**:

- Project a **positive, friendly, enthusiastic manner **to both fellow team members and customers alike.
- Actively work on the floor to service, sell to all customers through cosmetic and fragrance demonstrations and professional advice, providing a caring and informed service.
- **Build and drive business **by maintaining a close working relationship with the

Cosmetic House Representatives.
- Actively maintain and **grow client file **card base according to guidelines set out by the company.
- M **aximise sales, gain repeat business and build customer loyalty.**:

- **Be confident**, comfortable and capable of giving customers the correct product information.

**The successful applicant will have the following skills, knowledge and experience**:

- Experience with beauty/make-up products
- Experience and/or an understanding of sales targets
- Proven experience and confident in working with customers
- Great communication skills and cheerful attitude
- Great eye for presentation and detail
- Passion for the retail environment
- Enthusiastic team player
- Must be available to work Saturdays

**Salary**: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
