Freelance Ops

**Requirements**:

- Have experiences on any of the following; customer services, sourcing, procurement, sales support, projects for event, corporate gifts and services, F&B, FMCG, MRO, IT Accessories & Equipment, Pantry and office supplies, food catering and any other categories from different industries such as e-commerce, distributors, reseller, manufacturers, consulting, finance, logistics, IT, hotel, transportation, telecom, construction, shipping, airlines, FMCG, têxtiles, chemicals, travel, entertainment etc.
- Computer literacy & fast learner
- Have e-commerce experience of buying and shopping
- Fresh graduate welcome to apply

**Responsibilities**:

- To work with the full time CL and Ops team to managing of customers and suppliers,
- Assist on inquiries and quotation, order fulfillment, delivery on time and issue DO/GRN, completion of order.

The KPI is to increase the processing of the number of PO, response to customer and vendor immediately or within the day, assist the team to track and follow the inquiries and orders, reply to customer and vendor the status of the orders, handle and ensure on time delivery, response to complaints and solve the issue with the team immediately, reduce to zero complaints.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $5.00 - $2,500.00 per month
