**About the opportunity**:
We are looking for a talented Bakers with industry knowledge who is passionate about the food they create. Join our dynamic team at our Italian production facility in Cremorne, creating and supplying our cafes/bakeries with fresh artisanal bread and pastries.

Must be available to work **2:00 AM to 8:00 AM Tuesday to Saturday**.

**About you**:

- Proven experience as a Baker in a commercial bakery setting.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
- Creativity and attention to detail in recipe development and presentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Morning shift
