**The Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Covert Surveillance**: Conduct surveillance and monitoring of the premises to identify and deter suspicious activities effectively.
- ** Patrol Duties**: Perform regular patrols while remaining inconspicuous to ensure the safety and security of staff and visitors.
- ** Incident Reporting**: Document and report any incidents or unusual observations to management promptly and accurately.
- ** Administrative Support**: Assist with office duties, including data entry, maintaining security logs, and preparing incident reports.
- ** Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with team members and local law enforcement as necessary to enhance security measures.
- ** Protocol Development**: Help develop and implement security protocols and procedures to improve overall safety.
- ** Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional demeanour at all times.
- ** Training and Development**: Participate in training sessions and stay informed about security trends and best practices to ensure high standards of performance.

**To thrive as a Covert Security Guard, you should have**:

- Valid 1A Security Licence and Cert II in Security Operations (required)
- Valid First Aid and CPR (required)
- Working with Children Check (required)
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field (preferred)
- Strong observational and analytical skills.
- Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and basic data management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
