As a Physiotherapy Consultant with Aegis, no day will look the same

Reporting to Executive Manager Care and Lifestyle, You will:

- Have confident knowledge of Aegis processes related to assessment and documentation. Able to consult on complex presentations at Facility level where required.
- Possess sound understanding of re-accreditation process and able to support site-based staff during re-accreditation audits and assessment contact visits.
- Provide manual handling training in a confident manner at Mandatory Orientation, provide coaching as required.
- Assist People and Culture with recruitment.
- Assist with the developing and facilitating training for Therapy Assistants, Physiotherapist’s, CNM’s and Facility Managers.
- Present at various meeting including Therapy, CNM, New Graduate, Therapy Assistant and Quality as required.
- Develop continuous improvement initiatives.
- Complete performance reviews and assist with conflict resolutions where required.

**Requirements of the role**:

- Able to effectively prioritise workload and remain calm under pressure.
- Competence with a variety of IT Systems including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and communication that will support a highly cohesive teamwork environment.
- Be able to advocate for residents.
- Have a current Drivers licence and able to travel to all Facilities including Busselton.
- Physiotherapy qualification with AHPRA Registration
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Have full Australian working rights and be able to pass an national police clearance.
