Talent International is searching for experienced HR Generalist to join our client, a large multinational organisation across a number of industry sectors. This is a permanent role based in Eagle Farm.

**About the Role**:
This role will be part of the Operations HR team in Australia and support the stakeholders based in Western Australia region and work collaboratively with all key stakeholders to ensure adequate availability of resources to drive business goals and performance.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Business Partnering**: Be the go-to HR person for the set of stakeholders on all matters related to people in the team
- ** Talent availability**: Work with stakeholders to ensure timely posting of jobs and timebound hiring against open positions to ensure continuity of business
- Talent Retention: leverage various levers to retain hi-performing and hi-potential talent
- ** Employee Engagement: leverage** the organisation's survey to drive employee engagement
- ** Employee Development**: Leverage the organisation's Learning calendar and work with O&D team to ensure employee development in line with business needs
- Performance Management: leverage Global Performance Management tool, to create high performing teams
- ** Talent Assessment and Management**: Assist Managers in assessing talent on their potential
- Succession planning: support stakeholders in developing succession plan for their critical talent
- Change Management: Ability to drive to change as required with stakeholders and employees from time to time
- ** Culture**: work with key stakeholders to promote the organisation's culture and understanding of company values by all employees
- ** HR Projects**: undertake HR projects as assigned from time to time

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- 4 - 5 years of experience of working in a high growth environment
- worked as an HR Generalist / Business Partner in a multi-cultural, multi-national environment
- sound understanding of contemporary HR practices
- willingness to challenge status-quo in a positive way

**Essential Requirements**
- Strong understanding of HR processes in a high growth environment
- Be the employee champion in the organization
- Excellent interpersonal and customer facing skills, ability to work and communicate with senior stakeholders and employees at all levels
- Effective communicator, both verbally and in writing; able to influence well at all levels
- Able to work at pace in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
- Strong team working skills, able to work collaboratively across the HR function

**Desirable Requirements**
- Degree qualified or equivalent Reward Management qualifications.
- Previous experience of SAP and / or Workday.
- HR Generalist experience.
- Good knowledge of HR policies and practices and continuous improvement
- International mobility administration/co-ordination with external party
