**Your Team**

The purpose of our Merchandise Planning team is to improve the customer purchasing experience by ensuring product is available for customers either in store or online in the right location at the right time whilst focusing on improving inventory efficiencies and delivering commercial outcomes for the business.

**Your Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create and drive a strategic financial plan
- Develop annual category budgets for LFL, Non-LFL, Online, Import, Private Brand and Warehouse channels.
- Analyse and present information to Management, summarising key strategic initiatives, growths & declines, risks & opportunities
- Conduct Seasonal Range Reviews
- Propose & manage Category Assortment Plans
- Manage the OTB requirements through monthly re-planning and forecasting
- Key item planning and ensuring optimal inventory levels are maintained
- Oversee the allocations of seasonal indent articles
- Article lifecycle management to optimise sell thru

**About you**

In addition, you will also have:

- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Be commercially astute with excellent verbal/written communication skills
- 3+ years’ proven experience in a retail Merchandise Planning role or comparable role
- Experience working with a licensed manufacturer or sports retailer is highly desirable
- Are an Excel guru with knowledge of advance functions, and highly desirable to have experience in JDA Allocations
